Demand Planning Manager

To drive systemic change across marketing functions, the full-time remote Demand Engineer Manager will analyze the revenue funnel, design AI-powered workflows, and optimize the demand generation system to enhance pipeline performance and collaboration among teams. Key responsibilities Analyze the full revenue funnel to identify inefficiencies and develop a prioritized engineering roadmap for improvements Design and implement AI-powered workflows and demand orchestration platforms to streamline marketing execution and sales activation Serve as a cross-functional connector among Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Campaign Management to enhance overall system performance Required qualifications 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations with a proven track record of improving pipeline outcomes Hands-on experience with AI tools integrated into demand generation workflows Strong data literacy, capable of building attribution models and diagnosing funnel performance independently Familiarity with modern demand generation technologies, including marketing automation and CRM systems Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive change and improvements
