Automotive Sales Manager Supreme Chevrolet Weare looking for an automotive sales manager who is energetic,passionate, highly motivated and ready to guide an outstandingsales team to success. Job Responsibilities
- Abilityto effectively manage all areas of the sales department,including but not limited to wholesale, retail, purchasingand marketing.
- Experiencewith internet and retail tools, IE:V-auto, E-car list
- Abilityto forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, grossand key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Possessstrong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders.
- Understandsand keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Abilityto handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptlyand professionally.
- Ensurehigh standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Ensurethat sales representatives understand and follow dealershippolicies at all times.
- Excellentcommunication skills; ability to communicate effectivelywith customers; subordinates and other management.
- Abilityto train and be a leader to your sales staff. An effectivemanager is a great leader.
