International Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and driven beauty lover to join our international team. The International Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the International Shipping & Logistics team in day-to-day operations for international accounts. This role will report to the Director and Manager of International Operations. Ability to work in our HQ in Edison, NJ Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Manage customer order activity through the entire fulfillment cycle from start to finish Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with customers and all partners throughout the process Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on shipment status; manage RTVs, shipping discrepancies, past dues, and expedites, as well as any quality issues. Liaise with sales and accounting teams for these inquiries. Work with the team to maintain clean and updated order forms for each account; ensure each retailer and account manager is aware of any out-of-stock and discontinued items Review credit note requests and submit for approval Maintain PO and Invoice trackers Work internally with managers and team members to implement new strategies and initiatives. Manage stock build/inventory tracker and share regular updates to ensure a healthy state of trade Consolidate materials for quarterly business reviews with senior management Support the team with administrative support as needed Qualifications: JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Exceptional organizational skills Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and to prioritize workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills Strong Excel skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive Passion for Beauty and Skincare HQ located in Edison, NJ Required Language: English required; Spanish is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
