Overview

Responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership in the development, design, and deployment of wireless technologies , including WiFi and mobile network solutions. This role involves hands-on engineering, architecture planning, and operational support across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of wireless network solutions (WiFi, cellular/mobile technologies).
• Provide end-to-end engineering support including architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless technologies into enterprise systems.
• Evaluate emerging wireless technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Develop standards, best practices, and documentation for wireless network design and operations.
• Ensure network performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Support vendor selection, testing, and management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with a broad range of wireless technologies (e.g., WiFi 5/6/6E/7, LTE/5G).
• Deep understanding of RF principles, wireless design, and site surveys .
• Experience with wireless controllers, access points, and network management tools.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, security).
• Proven experience in engineering design, deployment, and troubleshooting of large-scale wireless environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise mobility solutions and mobile device management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CWNA, CWNP, CCNP Wireless, CWSP).
• Experience with cloud-managed wireless solutions (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Mist).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
