We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Etime . Call Mindy
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly biweekly and/or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Review and audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll changes
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll administration and reporting
- Manage time and attendance records through Etime
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience using Etime or similar timekeeping systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including reporting and data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
