Pay & Compensation Base Salary + Commission Structure (performance-based) On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually Uncapped commission potential About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality products directly in the customer’s home.
