G roup Team Leader
Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Group Team Leader to lead, motivate, and support a team in achieving daily goals. The ideal candidate is a dependable, flexible, and self-motivated leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay Rate
$26.00/hr
Schedule and Hours
Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm-630am, training on 1st shift
Group Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to meet daily production and performance goals
- Work closely with supervisors and management to address operational issues
- Complete required reports, documentation and other tasks
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Train new employees on company procedures
Group Team Leader Qualifications and Requirements
- Leadership experienced preferred
- Bilingual a plus
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude
