QuickPro Staffing is seeking a Quality & Shipping Technician for a small, supportive Xenia-area company specializing in high-quality commercial and military electronic connectors. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in both a quality inspection and warehouse/shipping environment. The successful candidate will perform product inspections, follow testing procedures, document results, assist with resolving quality issues, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Previous quality inspection or warehouse experience is helpful, but training will be provided.

Essential Responsibilities

• Follow established inspection and testing procedures and test plans.
• Inspect incoming products and materials for quality and accuracy.
• Perform measurements using mechanical gauges and electronic measuring calipers.
• Read and understand basic prints and measurements.
• Record and chart inspection results accurately.
• Identify and document quality issues and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Use Microsoft Office programs to prepare inspection, shipping, and receiving documents.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Label and sort boxes for warehousing and shipping.
• Prepare packaging for ground and freight shipments.
• Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks safely.
• Handle boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Assist with general warehouse, receiving, and shipping activities as needed.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read basic prints and understand measurements.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a small team.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping software is helpful but not required.
