We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-driven BDR who thrives on the challenge of finding and closing new business opportunities while also fostering strong business relationships with existing clients to keep accounts satisfied and growing. Responsibilities: Sales, Retention, & Revenue Generation Achieve/exceed sales targets. Lead generation. Grow existing business accounts. Client Relationship Management Grow B2B client portfolio. Build and retain business relationships. Monitor and address client satisfaction levels. Account Planning & Strategy Develop/execute plans to achieve sales targets. Align account strategies with internal strategies. Analyze accounts consistently. Communication & Collaboration Develop strong rapport with corporate business partners collaborating and agreeing on deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Strong presentation skills required. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite. P&L experience preferred. Home/Trade Shows experience a plus.
