Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical impairments and functional limitations, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting specific patient goals and recovery timelines.
• Utilize a range of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to assist in the rehabilitation process.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in response to changing needs.
• Engage patients and their families by providing education on recovery strategies and injury prevention techniques.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights that enhance care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with California state licensure requirements and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
