Work Environment

Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life structure. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories, identifying functional limitations, and discussing personal goals to develop personalized care plans.
• Creating individualized treatment strategies that incorporate educational elements, progressive exercise regimens, and manual therapy techniques tailored to each patient's journey.
• Actively engaging patients in their rehabilitation process, providing guidance to ensure alignment with their treatment goals, and adapting care strategies based on their feedback.
• Implementing and monitoring treatment protocols, ensuring documentation of services provided and patient progress to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborating with other health professionals within our rehabilitation center to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic patients who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This includes individuals seeking rehabilitation post-ACL surgeries, joint replacements, or those managing pain-related issues. Our approach emphasizes personal engagement, advocacy for preventive care, and ensuring a supportive environment for patient recovery.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the State of California as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board actions against the license.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
