Group Accounting Manager

Venteon Finance is currently seeking a GROUP ACCOUNTING MANAGER for a long-time manufacturing client in the Detroit area. REQUIREMENTS of the Group Accounting Manager 7+ years of related experience Financial Consolidation experience, including international locations Strong understanding of US GAAP CPA Designation highly preferred OneStream experience RESPONSIBILITIES of the Group Accounting Manager Partner with the corporate accounting team, FP&A team, regional finance team and the business units to support the consolidations and internal/external reporting process Lead and direct a consolidation team, working closely with the wider global consolidation team Ensure the proper consolidation of the Company’s financial information within OneStream consolidation system, including appropriate intercompany elimination and other consolidation adjustments. Lead and manage month end closing procedures, preparing analysis and information to support the financial closing process Management and preparation of consolidated financial information (actual/budget/forecast). Manage centrally held adjustments and consolidation entities Provides guidance and coaching to business unit accounting teams on proper financial and operational accounting processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
