IAM Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Mgmt to join their team. As a Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Mgmt, you will be part of the Corporate Software Services IT supporting global digital workplace initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Mgmt Manager

Location: on-site hybrid schedule in Raleigh, NC

Pay Range: $75/hr w2 *NO C2C or Sponsorship available*

What's the Job?

• Lead architecture, engineering, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Own and deliver global Microsoft 365 projects from planning through execution, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant outcomes
• Drive platform modernization, performance improvements, governance, and user adoption strategies
• Support Copilot readiness and adoption in partnership with security and infrastructure teams
• Lead small, distributed project teams and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to achieve project goals

What's Needed?

• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise or global M365 initiatives
• Strong operational background in support, compliance, and platform optimization
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Knowledge of Entra ID / identity and access management, Zero Trust security principles, and automation or AI-enabled productivity tools
