Join the team at FIREBREW Bar & Grill as a Line Cook! We are looking for hard working culinary professionals to create delicious dishes in a vibrant atmosphere. Full-time or part-time available. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food presentation meets the restaurant's standards before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in inventory management and food storage practices.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in daily prep and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ready.
- Adapt to changing menus and special requests with creativity and skill.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Understanding of cooking techniques, equipment, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
