Med/Surg Tele RN - Night/Day Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position with potential extensions based on performance and facility needs.

Schedule

Shifts include Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) and Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30). Rotation between day and night may be required to meet operational needs.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN to deliver high-quality patient care at our facility. The RN will work with medical/surgical patients, with the potential to float to various units including J1-2, J33, and the ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a fast-paced environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting relevant information
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent RN experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license required at the time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday
