Essential Functions And Performance Areas Manage commercial relationships; Act as point of contact for borrowers; Prepare loan presentations for new requests, modifications and renewals; Monitor construction loans in the portfolio; Work with loan coordinators on loan closings; Work effectively with coordinators, credit department, loan operations; Present credit packages to loan committee; Work with loan officer to grow the loan portfolio; Analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and recommend loan structures; Make recommendations to management regarding product improvement or changes; Refer depository and other business lines from customer base to the Branch Retail Manager. Education, Training And Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or finance. (Credit/loan experience may be considered in lieu thereof.); and, Two to five years’ experience with lending or commensurate experience.
