Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency required, including daily use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP systems .
• Basic math and data entry skills required.
• Professional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience resolving invoice discrepancies, purchase order issues, and vendor inquiries preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer requests while maintaining positive vendor and client relationships.
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods throughout the day.
• Occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must wear steel-toe shoes and safety eyewear while in designated customer or warehouse areas.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment with possible exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.
• This is an on-site, in-person position and cannot be performed remotely.

Job Duties

• Serve as the primary customer service contact within the storeroom, providing exceptional support to customers and suppliers.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory replenishment requests, and procurement transactions.
• Monitor order status, expedite deliveries, and communicate updates to customers and vendors.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, accounts payable issues, and order exceptions.
• Coordinate vendor communications, product sourcing, returns, and inventory-related inquiries.
• Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations to maintain product availability.
• Generate reports, track KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all customer safety requirements, standard operating procedures, and workplace policies.
