Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of patients to establish individualized treatment plans that target recovery from injuries, surgeries, or health conditions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and modern rehabilitation equipment to facilitate pain relief and enhance patient mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment objectives as required to ensure optimal recovery.
• Engage in patient education by explaining treatment procedures and providing guidance on home exercises and lifestyle modifications to support rehabilitation.
• Work closely with patients and their families to recommend the appropriate use and fitting of assistive devices, ensuring a smooth transition back to daily activities.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge by attending educational workshops, participating in professional associations, and reviewing the latest research in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will encompass a diverse patient population, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults addressing chronic pain, and seniors rehabilitating post-surgery. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient documentation and scheduling.

Preferred Experience

• Though prior experience is not mandatory, a minimum of 2 years of practice in physical therapy is preferred to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
