- Preparing and sending invoices/statements to customers.
- Contacting customers as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Reconciling any irregularities or discrepancies in receipts or accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of payments and account status
- Proven working experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Check run every week
- Prelims and waivers
- Month end reports
- RMA's
- Add new customers & vendors into system
- Payroll
- Payments to SBOE
- Cross train with other departments
