We are looking for an assertive and growth‑minded Kitchen Director to join our leadership team at Chick‑fil‑A Tampa Stadium. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role designed for someone who wants to build a long‑term career with one of the most respected brands in the nation while helping lead a high‑volume, rapidly growing restaurant. This is not a "clipboard manager" position. We are looking for a leader who enjoys being in the operation, developing people, solving problems in real time, and helping build systems that support long‑term growth. Chick‑fil‑A Tampa Stadium is experiencing rapid growth while maintaining strong guest experience and operational standards. You will work directly alongside Executive Director McSanders and Owner/Operator Hayley Norman, a highly relational and growth‑minded leader who believes in "creating moments that matter" for both guests and team members. As Kitchen Director, you will play a major role in strengthening Back of House operations, developing future leaders, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and helping support the continued growth of one of the top‑performing Chick‑fil‑A restaurants in the Tampa market.
