Responsibilities Own the demand engine of a global semiconductor company Plan, execute, and measure go-to-market programs across channels and regions Integrate digital marketing, social media, and marketing operations Manage budget and vendor relationships Lead event management and measure event impact Report results to product lines and company leadership Requirements 10+ years in B2B marketing with strong digital marketing background Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field Substantial leadership in demand generation and marketing operations Deep working knowledge of Marketo or equivalent marketing automation platform Dynamics 365 experience is a plus Analytics fluency in attribution, pipeline metrics, and reporting Proven leadership through managers across regions and time zones Genuine respect for brand and creative craft Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in demand generation and marketing operations, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies and analytics.
