AI Governance Lead

Owning the day-to-day operations of the AI governance program, the full-time AI Governance Lead will establish and improve processes, controls, and policies for responsible AI adoption while working remotely across the continental U.S. Key responsibilities Maintain workflows and cadences to ensure AI governance operates as a repeatable process Draft and manage the company's AI policies, standards, and guidelines Develop metrics and reporting to provide insights into program health and key risks Required qualifications 5+ years in governance, risk, and compliance or a related field, with at least 3 years leading a program Experience operationalizing governance or compliance programs from end-to-end Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001 Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools Certifications such as AIGP, CIPP/CIPM/CIPT, CISA, or CISM are preferred
