TRAVEL LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The LPN will work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being while delivering exceptional nursing services.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• Evening Shift
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $36.33 - $42.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing
• Current BLS Certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care and treatments to residents
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assess resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with the development and implementation of resident care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatment goals
• Promote patient safety, dignity, and quality of life
• Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
