divh2Inside Sales Executive - Public Sector/h2pThe Inside Sales Executive - Public Sector is responsible for selling all products and services offered in the C1 portfolio to the Public Sector (State, Local, K12, Higher Ed) segment. This position must meet their assigned targets consistently while searching for growth opportunities with existing clients and new logos. This is accomplished by managing and developing client relationships and maintaining high volume transactional business and renewals./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliSupports C1s Public Sector growth objectives within large entities and growth account opportunities/liliEstablishes, maintains, and develops business with clients and potential clients in the Public Sector to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services/liliWorks closely with Client Executives to oversee, identify, and actively pursue new business opportunities within our existing client base/liliAssisting Account Executives with forecasting pipeline opportunities, quoting, order/project tracking and reporting/liliMaintains accurate sales forecasting capability and an active reporting procedure in accordance with C1s standards/liliDevelops and maintains technical competency in all products offered including all solutions from represented manufactures as well as professional services offered by C1/liliExpedites the resolution of client escalations/complaints/liliStays well informed on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with C1s prime markets, and continually works to improve sales techniques and sales knowledge/liliFosters strong working relationships with supporting teams such as sales support, marketing, services, purchasing/inventory to reach assigned targets/liliKeeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with manager when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately discuss these policies with clients/liliSells with a heavy emphasis on solutions offered by C1 that are consistent with assigned targets/liliFacilitates new solutions to clients by being a disrupter can go wider in existing account, innovative, can make the client look at solutions in a new way/li/ulpRequired qualifications include:/pulli2+ years experience with solution selling with a heavy emphasis on UC/CC, Cyber Security, Enterprise Networking, Data Center and Client Experience/liliAbility to call on Public Sector entities (cities, counties, boards, commissions, districts, K12, Higher Ed)/liliStrong presentation, verbal, and communication skills/liliDemonstrates sales ability and technical aptitude/liliProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, sales forecasting tools/liliExperience with solution selling with a heavy emphasis on Cloud solutions, associated MS and PS services, and other solutions offered by C1./li/ulpDesired/preferred qualifications include:/pulliS./B.A. in Business or Technology/liliKnowledgeable in CRM systems, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo/liliPrior experience with a solutions provider similar to C1/li/ulpC1 benefits include:/pulli401(k) Plan (35% employer match per dollar up to 10% employee contribution)/liliMedical Coverage (3 platforms: UnitedHealthcare, Reference Based Pricing includes member advocacy; and Kaiser)/liliRX Home Delivery/liliHSA with Employer Contribution/liliIn-vitro Fertility (treatment coverage)/liliDental/liliVision (2 plans: 12-month and 24-month frames allowance)/liliFSA Plans (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Limited Purpose)/liliPre-tax Commuter Plans/liliEmployer-paid Life Insurance/liliEmployer-paid Short + Term Disability/liliLong Term Disability (2 plans: Employer-paid or optional Self-paid)/liliPaid Parental Leave (4 weeks at 100%)/liliEmployee Assistance Plan/liliVoluntary Life Insurance for team member, spouse and child/liliVoluntary Accidental Death for team member and spouse/liliLegal/ID Theft Plans/liliTeleHealth/liliWellness via Omada Health (healthy living solution)/liliTravel Assistance/liliBusiness Travel Accident Coverage/liliMedical for foreign travel coverage/liliEmployer-paid Pet Telehealth/liliAccident Insurance/liliCritical Illness Insurance/liliHospital Indemnity Insurance/liliVolunteer Time Off/lili10 Holidays/liliSummer Sizzle/liliOn Demand Pay (Daily Pay)/li/ulpWork environment includes:/ppAbility to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
