Schedule: Overnight Responsibilities Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately Operating an intercom Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area Other related duties as assigned Experience 1-2 years in a customer service (or similar) position preferred Skills High commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to consistently maintain a pleasant, cordial composure regardless of stressful situations Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment Well-organized approach to job responsibilities Ability to set priorities for workload Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong internet skills using external websites Ability to work well with team members as well as independently Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
