Facilities Coordinator

Supporting the Operations Team remotely, the full-time Facilities Coordinator will manage the Work Order System, coordinate service activities at Postal Service sites, and ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication with vendors and internal teams. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Work Order System, including analyzing service requests and monitoring compliance with service level agreements Coordinate and schedule service activities at Postal Service sites to minimize disruption to client operations Act as a liaison between vendors and account teams, ensuring excellent coordination and execution of work Required qualifications Knowledge and experience in delivery and management of Facility Services Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
