Facilities Coordinator

Position Summary

The Facilities Coordinator supports day-to-day facilities operations across store locations, ensuring timely maintenance, vendor coordination, and administrative support to maintain safe, functional, and efficient work environments. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure facilities needs are addressed promptly and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to store requests related to maintenance and facilities needs.
• Coordinate routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across multiple locations.
• Maintain organized filing systems for facilities documentation, service records, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor and track expenses to ensure operations remain within budget.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Provide administrative support to leadership including regular progress reports and status updates.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily office-based with occasional coordination across store locations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Store Facilities.
