Facility Coordinator

To support client needs, the fully remote Facility Coordinator will manage inquiries, dispatch work orders, and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely repair and maintenance services. Key responsibilities Respond to client and vendor inquiries regarding work orders and service status Dispatch repair and maintenance work orders to appropriate vendors during shifts Perform follow-up calls and communication to ensure vendor response and job progression Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in coordinator or customer service roles in a high-volume environment Experience in facilities services or trades is a plus Familiarity with CRM and WOM platforms Degree or equivalent work experience
