Job Description We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Assistant to join our growing marketing team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving brand awareness. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager to execute creative and effective social media campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Scheduling: develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule across all social media channels. Community Engagement: monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and foster positive interactions with our audience. Campaign Support: assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management. Collaboration: coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Customer Insights: gather customer feedback and insights from social media interactions to contribute to product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing content. Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends.
