Part Time Dental Receptionist - Clinton EndodonticsWe are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice.For more than 21 years, our practice has proudly served Memphis and the surrounding communities with exceptional patient care. We're looking for a warm, professional, and quick-thinking individual who enjoys helping others and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.Schedule: Part Time, T/W/TH 10am-3pmResponsibilitiesGreet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environmentSchedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendarsAnswer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communicationVerify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizationsProcess payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain patient records and ensure accurate data entryCoordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as neededEnsure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulationsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable, organized, and detail-orientedExperience with dental practice management softwareProficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of dental insurance and billing proceduresSpecialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
