About the Role The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician. This role includes assisting with patient assessments, performing clinical tasks, administering treatments as appropriate, and supporting daily clinic operations. The LPN plays a key role in delivering compassionate, coordinated care in a patient‑centered environment. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and clinic protocols. Assist with patient intake, clinical documentation, and care coordination. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members. Support a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program. Active LPN license in the state of practice or eligibility by endorsement.
