Senior Specialist, Business HR - Allergan Aesthetics

AbbVie

Senior HR specialist role supporting Allergan Aesthetics business operations, focusing on workforce analytics, strategic HR initiatives, and employee relations. Reports to Director of Business HR and partners with leadership across US aesthetics division to align talent strategies with business needs.

Responsibilities

Develop HR strategies and solutions in partnership with business leadership and HR centers of excellence
Manage headcount analytics, auditing, and workforce trend monitoring aligned with financial plans
Create and deliver communications and analytics dashboards for leadership visibility into organizational trends
Lead exit interviews, process terminations, and generate workforce metrics for US aesthetics region
Drive continuous process improvement by identifying trends and implementing ahead-of-curve HR initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years project management experience in HR functions
Strong proficiency in data analytics and workforce reporting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Workday and Visier preferred
Understanding of organizational development practices
Cross-functional relationship-building and change management capabilities
