Outside Sales Manager

Do you have history knocking doors and running an Outside Sales team? How about a sportsman-like mindset? We are searching for a person with a winning attitude to run our FTW sales team as the Outside Sales Manager.

The ability to help someone keep their home, family, pets, and belongings safe for a living could easily be one of the most rewarding careers there are. Since 2015, we have built our offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Oklahoma City, San Antonio, Tyler and Tulsa.
The primary function of this Sales Manager position is
- Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into customers
- Help mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Reps. Assist in developing team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations.
- Regularly participate in ride-alongs and monitor progress of new and existing reps
- Hold regular sales meetings with Sales Team
- Maintain minimum personal sales requirements
- Position involves outside sales work & office work (Training & administrative work)
- Leading From The Front

- Outside Sales Management (1 year minimum)

- $800 Referral Bonus
- Salary: $80,000 - $125,000+ (per year)
