Overview We’re not filling a seat. We’re hiring a founding General Manager for a brand-new Bermuda Club — the person who will define what this location becomes from day one. We have a strong operating foundation built from our flagship Carlsbad location — proven systems, clear standards, and a playbook that works. What we’re looking for is someone who will execute that playbook with conviction, hold the standard daily, and help us sharpen it as we grow. Coachable and autonomous. Those aren’t opposites here.
