Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level cardiac and step-down care
• Float to designated units as required based on staffing and patient census needs
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions, verified within the last 30 days
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
• Must be available to start on the assigned start date or no more than one week later; no time off during the first week of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
