Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting during day shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions, identifying and responding to changes in patient status
• Float to other units as required, including intermediate care and cardiac-focused departments
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed per unit scheduling requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete all required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona (verified within the last 30 days, no disciplinary actions on record)
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active TNCC certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a cardiac specialty or freestanding heart hospital environment
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support assignment placement
