Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting with a focus on Cardiac/Telemetry patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
• Float between PCU units as needed based on staffing and patient census
• Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and during assignment
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active RN license to practice in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license to verify residency
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
