ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 1999 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, where I saw firsthand the difference we can make in people’s lives. That experience ultimately led me to agency ownership and the opportunity to build a career around helping others. I’m also a second-generation State Farm agent - my dad recently retired after an incredible 56-year career with State Farm. Supporting the community is an important part of who we are. Our agency gives back to schools and organizations throughout the area, and we believe strongly in supporting the communities that support us. As a team, we’re also working toward making volunteer service a regular part of our culture, with the goal of getting out together each month to make a positive impact. Darryl Andrews - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr State Farm
