Remote SVP, Strategic Corp Partnerships (Mortgage)

DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Remote SVP of Strategic Corp Partnerships, Mortgage. This role is fully remote. Candidates must have significant mortgage industry experience, including experience building and managing mortgage partnerships, affinity programs, referral channels, or business development initiatives that drive mortgage origination volume.Responsibilities:* Develop and execute a national mortgage affinity partnership strategy aligned to a retail, branch-driven mortgage lending model* Identify and build mortgage-focused partnerships with banks, credit unions, wealth firms, homebuilders, real estate ecosystems, and fintechs* Source, structure, and close national and regional mortgage partnership agreements while ensuring RESPA compliance* Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership to expand mortgage lending opportunities* Design mortgage lead flow into branches and loan officers, with clear rules of engagement* Drive field adoption through training, communication, and alignment with loan officer incentives* Launch mortgage partnerships through onboarding playbooks and co-branded marketing campaigns* Own performance metrics including opportunities, conversion rates, funded mortgage volume, and adoption* Continuously refine partner models, lead routing, and engagement strategies to drive mortgage production* Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all mortgage partnership agreements meet regulatory requirementsRequirements* 10+ years of experience in mortgage partnerships, mortgage affinity programs, mortgage business development, and/or financial institution partnerships* 5+ years of leadership experience within the mortgage industry* Demonstrated experience developing partnerships that generate mortgage referral business * Proven success in building partnership channels that support a distributed mortgage salesforce and loan officer network* Strong understanding of mortgage loan officer behavior, mortgage origination, and purchase market dynamics* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills* Experience working with banks or credit unions lacking mortgage scale preferred* Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements, including RESPA, preferredJob TypeDirect HireCompensation280000 - $375000
