Assistant Store Manager Lead, Train & Drive Sales

The Buckle, Inc. in Madison, WI is hiring an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and daily store operations, including cashiering, displays, and cleaning. This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with added leadership duties. You will train Teammates, recruit new talent, and step in for the Store Manager when needed, all while upholding #J-18808-Ljbffr
