Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred) from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Hawaii Physical Therapy license required at time of submittal. No exceptions. Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required. Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required. Experience with Homecare Home Base and OASIS required. BLS (AHA) or CPR certification required. Productivity expectation: 25 points per week. Travel experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Previous travel contract experience. Assignment Details Shift Name: Days. 40 hours guaranteed. No weekends required. Candidates must be willing to perform required travel clinician duties; mileage reimbursed at $0.43 per mile.
