Licensed Insurance Agent

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Associate will analyze insurance coverage, prepare coverage opinions, and litigate first and third-party claims, with the flexibility to work remotely from Texas. Key responsibilities: Analyze insurance coverage and prepare coverage opinions Litigate first and third-party claims, including taking depositions and attending court conferences Draft and argue motions related to insurance coverage disputes Required qualifications: 3-5 years of significant insurance coverage experience Texas Bar license required Strong research and writing skills with excellent academic credentials Litigation experience preferred, including deposition and trial experience
