What You’ll Do Manage daily operations at a storefront & retail (kiosk) locations to ensure a smooth, efficient tax office. Lead and motivate a seasonal team of tax professionals and customer service reps. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring every client receives top-tier service. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and compliance tracking. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership skills or prior management experience (retail, office, or hospitality experience is a plus). Strong communication skills with a knack for problem-solving. Tech-savvy mindset to comfortably navigate our office software. Tax experience is not required —we provide the operational training you need to succeed! Responsibilities Tax Preparation Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees Creates and maintains employee schedules to ensure proper staffing Ensuring that employees are upholding company policies and procedures Manages and monitors office for performance and productivity Resolves customer service issues Tax School Instructor (open to the public as well as employees) Complies with daily accounting procedures Communicates effectively with staff to ensure they are well-informed regarding products and promotions Supports and encourages staff to carry out the company mission as well as meet company and personal goals.
