Melaleuca is seeking exceptional individuals to join our Management Trainee Program at our Global Headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Designed for soon to be and recent college graduates, this program provides a unique opportunity to launch a meaningful and rewarding career while gaining hands on experience across multiple areas of our business. The Management Trainee Program is structured to develop future business leaders through rotational assignments and immersive learning experiences across a variety of departments including Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Analytical teams. Participants will build foundational business knowledge, strengthen leadership capabilities, and contribute to meaningful projects that support Melaleuca’s continued growth and success.
