ProCare Therapy is hiring a Special Needs Aide for a full-time school-based position in Sacramento, CA. This role provides direct support to students with special needs in the classroom and throughout the school day, helping them access their educational program and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and/or classroom support to students with special needs
Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
Support implementation of classroom routines and individualized plans
Assist with transitions, activities, and daily living skills as needed
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
School-based experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $22/hr
