IT Help Desk Technician

IT TechnicianJoin our Richmond team as an IT Technician and help keep our people, systems, and technology running at their best. In this hands-on role, you'll install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, hardware, and software across the organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure while providing responsive technical support to employees. You'll also train and guide users on effective, appropriate, and safe use of company technology. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping others, embraces new technology, and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
