Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage in-home nursing care
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and supervise care delivery
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure care continuity
Ensure documentation meets CMS and agency standards

Employment Type: Full Time

What You Can Expect:

Competitive Bi-weekly Pay: Starting at $140,000 per year(based on experience)
FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile

Qualifications:

-1 year active or recent experience as a Registered Nurse in Home Health
-Active Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
-Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
-Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year
-Up-to-date immunization/vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella
-Valid Driver’s License with auto insurance
