Product Marketing Analyst II

Delta Dental of Arizona - Product Marketing Analyst Delta Dental of Arizona (DDAZ), the state’s #1 dental and vision insurance company and a leading health and wellness company, is looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to join our Product team. This role reports to the Director of Planning and plays a starring role in helping us ensure our product meets the needs of our customers. As our Product Marketing Analyst, you’ll sit right at the intersection of product, marketing, and data; you will help turn research and market trends into the products our customer wants. You’re just as comfortable digging through a spreadsheet of NPS scores as you are pitching a campaign concept that gets the whole room nodding. About You If you light up at uncovering customer needs, can spot the problem behind the trend, and believe data storytelling is a legitimate superpower, keep reading. Bonus points if you can translate customer pain points into product opportunities that make dental, vision, life and disability benefits easier to understand, choose, and use. Essential Duties Conduct data and competitive analysis to evaluate performance metrics. Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights. Interpret trends and patterns from complex data sets to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including managers, and marketers, to understand business goals and translate them into measurable objectives. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings. Assist in the planning and execution of new product and program launches. Communicate product plans, updates, and progress as appropriate, including to executives, customers, and partners. Additional tasks and projects as assigned. The starting pay for this role includes a base salary of $66,900 - $92,700. Local Hybrid remote. Requirements 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment across multiple departments. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Strong understanding of Insurance, benefits, and target audiences. Desire to jump in and learn new concepts to share with others. Experience bringing new products or capabilities to market. Preference given to candidates with related experience in healthcare, insurance financial services or other highly regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data and business intelligence from all sources to build cases for product innovations.
