Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning through formal and informal assessments
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement effective interventions
• Support the development of safe, inclusive learning environments
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding special education
• Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
