Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families about therapeutic strategies to support continued progress outside the clinical setting.
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to keep patients on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licensure

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
